Includes a few fixes from the 2022-09-08 version like:

• AAA targeting salamander even if it was on the ground.
• Added working effects settings in the options menu. (Textures, shadows, sky, water, post)
• Fixed camera moving forward and staying there when looking up or down.
• Fixed walkers being able to walk on water.
• Updated posters texture.
